The Coast and Country online magazine in conjunction with Amazon and Ads2life Digital Services Ltd, produce and publish a range of varied genre books for independent and self-published authors.
We also help to design full colour gloss covers and supply the international ISBN numbers and barcodes for retail sales globally, this costs £460 and includes a special one-off print proof copy.
In addition, we also offer discounted author copies of your completed book (s) at about half the retail price, with most discounted books available to authors in the region of between £3 to £6. We also offer KDP ebooks, with a free audio version for £100. This can always be added however, at a later date. The production fees also include the ISBN registration, a full colour gloss cover design and barcodes.
There may by some additional charges agreed at the outset however, if any extensive work is required for editing your copy, or for additional updates.
Amazon deal with all the online orders, packing and deliveries and they pay authors 60% royalties on sales on a quarterly basis. We have helped over 360 people to realise their dream to become fully fledged authors, and many return for ongoing books, with some authors completing over 30-40 plus books. Most of our work is obtained by word of mouth and referrals from our existing author base.
One such author even won a literary prize in America, and this made her name overseas, and she now sells many of her new releases in the States. Another was nominated for a top award in Australia, and one particular true crime book even reached the No 1 spot in the Amazon global book charts for several weeks.
We take the initial manuscript and put this into our special Amazon templates, after first checking for basic spelling, grammar and typo mistakes, and then we let the author see a proof copy at various stages of the production. We also work with authors to create a special personal cover and use keywords to help promote your work as best we can.
We also work in association with our partners at Microsoft and Google, but especially with Amazon, who sell and promote the books via our Coast and Country brand directly to readers, with additional promotions via Don Hale's prolific blog and social media contacts, and with the Coast and Country online magazine. www.coastandcountry.blog
